The Indianapolis Colts ended the 2001 regular season with a record of 6-10, finishing fourth in the AFC East. Despite playing mediocre defense, the Colts scored 413 points which is impressive for a team with so little talent. Marvin Harrison and Dominic Rhodes were the Colts’ top receiving players. Both players combined for 1,523 receiving yards, and Chatzke dropped opposing passers for a season-high nine sacks.
