Aaron M Dollar

Aaron M Dollar is an associate professor at Yale University in mechanical engineering. He earned his B.S. He earned his B.S. in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Massachusetts at Amherst, and his S.M. and Ph.D. degrees in Engineering Science from Harvard University. He was a postdoctoral fellow at the MIT Media Lab and Health Sciences and Technology and received young investigator awards by DARPA. Dollar is a member the IEEE Robotics and Automation Society’s Technical Committee on Mechanisms and Design. His research interests include robotic grasping and manipulation, rehabilitation, prosthetics, and underactuated mechanisms.
