Adam Henick – Managing and Investing in Health Care Ventures

Adam Henick has over two decades of operational health care experience and specializes in developing, financing and investing in health care service ventures such as ambulatory surgery centers, primary and urgent care networks as well as urgent care networks. He founded two successful privately-held urgent care networks as well as numerous health care management companies in his portfolio.

Early Life and Education

Adam Henick was born in Kline, Pennsylvania and attended the University of Pittsburgh to study finance. Following graduation he went into financial advisor work – over 25 years. In this capacity he invested in healthcare companies such as Continuum Health Partners and Saint Barnabas Health System as well as serving on their boards of directors; additionally Henick became a member of Beth Emeth and Bathurst Jewish Community Centres in New York.

Professional Career

Adam Henick has over three decades of experience investing and operating ambulatory healthcare enterprises in the New York metropolitan area. He serves on the boards of Montefiore Medical Center, Mount Sinai Health System and Continuum Health Partners and has lectured and written extensively on healthcare-related subjects.

Henick is currently a Co-Founder of Current Real Estate Advisors. Prior to that he spent two years as the Managing Director at Warwick Capital Management overseeing all aspects of their business operations. Prior to that he held positions at Angelo Gordon & Co and Bear Stearns & Co before their acquisition by JP Morgan on their Mortgage-backed Securities (MBS) trading desks.
