Early Life and Education

Adam Kall was born and educated at Kings, New York’s University of Buffalo. Upon completing a bachelor’s degree in mathematics and physics, Adam attended graduate school for mechanical engineering technology and computer numerical control before entering aerospace and defense industry work for several years before founding KMI with Austin Morris and Troy Morris in Marquette focusing on space debris removal and cleanup; Adam serves as director of science for this firm while Austin and Troy serve as directors of engineering respectively.

Professional Career

Adam Kall earned bachelors degrees in Mathematics and Computer Science from Northern Michigan University, serving on both Math Challenge Group and Student Finance Committee, Superior Edge program, Student Leader Fellowship program as well as performing community service at Trails Fest and Noquemanon Ski Marathon.

After graduating, he worked for Arconic Aluminum Manufacturing Department where he processed real-time data from production lines, and JetBlue Airways where he automated ticket pricing systems and created an Artificial Intelligence program that parses and reads computer logs.

In 2020, Kall Morris Inc was founded with two other NMU alumni in Marquette, MI and specializes in designing spacecraft to capture debris in orbit.

Personal Life

Adam Kall is also passionate about music and is part of the band Monkeyjams as one of its drummers, alongside Albin Cals and Johan Kall. Since their formation in 2010 they have all played drums with Adam playing percussion duties for Monkeyjams.

Kall was an active part of NMU’s community and maintained close bonds with fellow alumni after graduation. His professional pursuits included working at Arconic to develop artificial intelligence software for signal processing, and later at JetBlue Airways automating ticket pricing systems for North American flights.

Kall Morris Inc was formed with two other Northern Michigan University alumni – Troy and Austin Morris – to combat space debris by developing spacecraft capable of physically collecting it. Since their launch, the company has earned multiple accolades such as Michigan Celebrates Small Business awards.
