You can find the full text of the story, along with animations and modern illustrations by Magoz in the highlights section. Just like reading a traditional book, you’ll hold your thumb down as you read and then lift it to advance the story.
Insta Novel’s first campaign was Lewis Carroll’s Alice in Wonderland. It released 200 pages in two days. The campaign has expanded to include other books such as The Yellow Wallpaper by Charlotte Perkins Gilman, and The Metamorphosis of Franz Kafka. To qualify, a story must be in the public domain and be downloadable from the internet. As of now, Instagram Stories is not a revolutionary tool for storytelling, but it’s a fun way to tell stories.
