The Allen ISD help desk is available for students who need assistance with technology-related issues. The office is open Monday through Thursday from 7:30 a.m. until 5 p.m. The office is closed on weekends. The office is closed July 4th. The summer office hours are Monday through Friday, except for the July Fourth holiday. However, students may visit during the summer to get tech support and find out about upcoming summer learning opportunities.
Skyward devices can be dropped off at the campus’ Professional Learning and Auxiliary Services, 610 East Bethany Drive. These offices can also provide information about insurance fees and back to school forms. The Responsible Use Policy will be followed by students. Students will be required to return their devices to the campus office if they withdraw during the summer. This helps students protect themselves from cyberbullying and other issues that can compromise their safety.
