He is currently the Director of Maintenance & Operations for the Shoreline Public Schools District in Washington. He brings to APS over 25 years of experience. He previously worked for Norfolk Public Schools for 20 years and Shoreline Public Schools for three years. The combined enrollment at both schools is more than 12 thousand. Gregory was not properly handcuffed at the time of his arrest and was able to reach his front pocket while handcuffed. But Egan did not cross examine Gregory. Wooldridge stated that handcuffed prisoners can reach their front pockets from handcuffs. Gregory also denied reaching the pocket the handcuffed prisoner. Although Gregory denied the allegations, the evidence that the ring was present was strong evidence of petitioner’s guilt.
