AS Monaco Sign Brazilian Dos Santos From Benfica Lissabon

AS Monaco have signed Manuel Dos Santos from Benfica Lissabon. The 31-year-old has been playing for Benfica for the past two years and in France’s first division previously. He previously wore the tricolor of AS Monaco from 1995 to 1997. The Brazilian also sat on the bench during the club’s season-ending win over Colombie. You will be able to see the importance of Dos Santos for the team if you have been following the Brazilians’ progress this season.

There are many good options for club members to join in the transfer market. One example is Fernando Gorriaran from Peru, a central midfielder who has scored two goals and assisted on three others this season. In the attacking midfield, Diego Valdes, formerly of Cruz Azul, has made a solid start with Santos. Talks of him moving to Europe have been sparked by his strong performances in Liga MX. However, Colombian Yair Moreno has played largely on the bench for Pachuca, and he could be the most disappointing signing since he joined the club in 2021.
