He has taught in multiple classrooms with significant differences, managed group homes, provided inclusion services and designed and implemented educational programs for a range of students with special needs and their families. Furthermore, his expertise extends to gifted students as well as socioeconomically disadvantaged pupils.

David Dillie has extensive expertise in educational technology as both an educator and technology provider. Currently, he works for Key Educational Group as Superintendent of Schools in the San Francisco Bay Area, serving school boards throughout East Bay California.

David Dillie has had a varied career, working in various fields such as professional magic for many years and investing in several businesses.

He has seven years of experience working in education, and is proficient at communicating with both students and educators alike.

He has been involved in multiple projects, such as an award-winning television show and successful game. Additionally, he has played various roles in films. Achievements and Honors

David Dillie is a veteran of the Air Force with an impressive list of awards and recognition. A 1963 Warsaw High School graduate, he served as a weapons mechanic in the 366th TFW before being honorably discharged as a sergeant.

He has served in a variety of veterans service organizations, such as AMVEST Post 36, VFW Post 1330, American Legion Post 65 and Coshocton County Vietnam Veterans and their Honor Guard. Additionally he organized several honor flights for area veterans to tour Washington D.C.

Dave was inducted into the Ohio Veterans Hall of Fame this year, one of 20 inductees being recognized.

Personal Life

David Dillie was a kind-hearted man who deeply loved his family. He also had an infectious laugh that touched many lives, as well as being generous with friends and employees alike.

On June 8 2020, he passed away from Non-Hodgkins Lymphoma in Boulder, Colorado at 71 years old.

He is survived by his wife Catherine; son John (Maureen) Dillie and daughter Jennifer (Bruce) Ladley; sisters Doreen Babbitt and Sherian Nelson; seven grandchildren; sister in law Lisa Baaken; assorted extended family members. A celebration of his life will take place soon.
