David Quilliams had an exceptional education during his formative years. At 17 years old he graduated from Girard College – an orphanage established and endowed by America’s first millionaire Stephen Girard – a preparatory school/prep school hybrid he attended until graduation at age 17.

He holds both a bachelor’s and law degree from Georgia State University; having also gained significant trial experience as a litigator.

David has an extensive background in criminal defense, with experience handling drug charges, DUIs, vehicular homicide, serious injury by vehicle charges and other major felonies. Furthermore, he possesses substantial family law litigation experience including divorce proceedings, custody issues, adoptions proceedings, grandparents rights cases as well as general civil litigation cases. Currently David serves as managing partner at Quilliams & Associates located in Atlanta Georgia.

David Quilliams is an experienced criminal defense attorney. He has successfully represented individuals before Georgia courts. Additionally, he holds memberships in both the State Bar of Georgia and Western Circuit Bar Association.

He specializes in family law, representing families in divorce proceedings and other legal issues for over 15 years.

Quilliams began his legal career serving as an Assistant District Attorney for Rockdale, Newton and Barrow Counties. Here he gained extensive trial and litigation experience handling crimes such as theft, domestic violence, drug cases, DUI, vehicular homicide, assault by vehicle, arson and more.

At Atlanta Humanitarian Organization (AHO), our most notable achievement has been to found this nonprofit organization which has quickly become the go-to place for all things charitable in our region of Georgia. AHO strives to make an impactful impactful difference by aiding homeless and at-risk youth find housing, education and employment opportunities.

Quilliams has been practicing law at Quilliams & Quilliams since 2010; his practice specializes in criminal defense matters as well as general civil litigation.

As a former prosecutor, he brings extensive courtroom experience. Skilled in all areas of criminal and civil litigation, including divorce and custody matters.

He also has experience with immigration law, property law and other general legal matters. Additionally, he and Barbara have four children together.

Quilliams has been connected with numerous controversial figures and groups, such as Tommy Robinson, Ayaan Hirsi Ali, the Middle East Forum and John Templeton Foundation which funds numerous right-wing anti-Muslim organisations.
