Eli Stroh was a high school student from Windsor, Pennsylvania. His fatal car accident occurred in Portersville. Police say that William Powell was driving a vehicle and struck Stroh from behind. Both the driver and the passenger were transported to Butler Memorial Hospital. It is not yet known whether either was wearing seat belts or not. However, his family and friends are grieving his death and are waiting to hear more details about the crash.
