The incident took place Easter Sunday in Rock Hill, and a man named Tom Brown Sr. was walking his Yorkshire Terrier when the pit bull mix and German shepherd began to attack him. Neither dog was restrained with a leash and neither dog was microchipped or wearing a collar. The pit bull attacked the man and neither dog was wearing tags or collars. Rock Hill police say the owners of the pit bull attacked the man and have been cited.
