To reach the chest, go to the north-eastern part of Sepia Island and look for the Anvil Pedestal. It is guarded daily by 2 Harpies, and a Cyclop. To open the chest, remove it from the barrier and go into the cave. The Bristled Pelt is contained in the chest. It is located inside the Anvil Pedestal, which is the south-west part of the island.
