Helping the Cenarion Post is an important quest that will reward you with several rewards. This quest can be completed by doing various tasks to protect it. First, you must go to the Falcon Watch, located on the south of the road leading into Zangarmarsh. Next, you will find the Cenarion Post. This quest will also unlock two other side quests, Keep Thornfang Hill Clear and Demonic Contamination. The latter two will give you the ability to test a new antidote that can cure you of the effects of the Demonic Contamination.
