HISD’s Technology Service Desk serves as the single point of contact for students, parents, teachers, and staff for technology problems. Located in the Teledyne building on Chimney Rock Road, the help desk is staffed from 6:30 AM to 5:00 PM, Monday through Friday. It is closed on holidays approved by the district. Hours may change during summer break. While the help desk is closed on weekends, after-hours support is provided via a message. A 24 hour Network Operations Center number is available for emergencies.
