INsideOUT Cares is a free event hosted by Valley County Court Services and the Donnelly Public Library. The library parking lot will be closed during the event to make way for the Survivors. The public is invited afterwards to attend an INsideOUT workshop on human trafficking. The organization will also have a silent auction and raffle to raise funds for their work.
