A giant mug for a world-record Irish coffee has been unveiled on Interlochen’s Facebook page by Hofbrau’s. It can hold 550 gallons Irish coffee, which was made from 69 Gallons of Tullamore Dew whiskey. Higher Grounds Trading Co donated brown sugar to the mug. The restaurant has been planning the record attempt for more than a year.
More than 2,000 students will attend the Interlochen Arts Camp this summer. With classes, enriching electives, and frequent performances, the camp fosters cross-cultural friendships. The 1,200-acre campus includes performance venues, exhibition spaces, and state-of-the-art facilities. The campus includes a new lakeside dance center, a 62,000-square foot Music Center, and theaters and dance studios for student performances.
