Children who have had healthy development in their early years tend to do better on school tests, lead healthier lives and are less vulnerable to poor health issues. This can be achieved through quality stimulation, support and nurture.

Therefore, educators and policymakers must comprehend how early childhood education and experiences impact a child’s development. The objective is to devise strategies that promote healthy growth for all children–especially those at risk–particularly through effective intervention strategies.
