Early Life and Education

Early childhood education is a key component to a child’s overall development. In addition to providing children with active stimulation and interaction with others, early learning programs can help establish healthy relationships between a child and their primary caregivers, which may have long-lasting effects on their social emotional and cognitive development.

During these early years, a child’s relationship with their parents is critical to a successful future. This relationship helps them establish their identity, develop their sense of self and form an attachment with their caregivers.

In a world where many children are enrolled in formal education at an early age, it’s important to recognize the role that early childhood education plays in a child’s growth and development. Research has found that a high quality early learning program is crucial to the success of a child’s social and emotional development.
