Three parishes in West Allis are merging to form one new church, Mother of Perpetual Help. They started meeting in the 1970s and began a seven p.m. Sunday night Mass that was a magnet for Catholics throughout the Milwaukee area. Fr. Jeff Prasser was the pastor of St. Aloysius during the merger, which became Mother of Perpetual Help Congregation. All three parishes today worship under the Mother of Perpetual Help Congregation.
