Terry Muckenfuss is the founder of Muck & Fuss. He is a New Braunfels native and moved to the city 10 years ago with his family. Muckenfuss, who holds a degree in hotel and restaurant management, has extensive experience in the hospitality industry. Previously, he worked in the franchise side of the Golden Corral chain, opening several locations in New Braunfels and San Antonio. After selling his Golden Corral restaurants, Muckenfuss decided to focus on creating his own, unique, independent restaurant.
