Police were prompted to investigate after a severed head of deer was found in a New Canaan driveway. The head is believed to be the remains of a buck. New Canaan police have not released the name of the deer, but they are investigating. When you’re driving through Connecticut from New York City, you’ll pass through New Canaan.
