The New England Soccer Journal has released its “players to watch” list for the 2022 season. Westfield State’s women’s soccer team has three players highlighted on the list. The team finished 15-5-1 this season, winning the MASCAC regular season title and the league tournament without conceding a goal. Despite the strong finish to the year, the Patriot League team ended its season with a loss to TCNJ in the NCAA Division III playoffs. The players included in the list include sophomore Delaney Parker, Jaida Cochran, and senior goalkeeper Lauryn Davis.
