The Los Angeles Dodgers recently wrapped up their Nike City Connect series with a blue uniform that’s a salute to the team’s Latino fan base. The uniform features the team name in script typeface and the city, with the player’s number in red at the usual place. Justin Turner requested a new uniform design for this year. He wanted to wear blue tops. The Dodgers fans are supportive of the blue uniforms but the overall look is still very modern and classy.
The new uniforms also include a black sleeve accent and a spray-painted “LA”. The iconic Los Angeles Dodgers cap won’t be included in this uniform. However, the team’s interlocked “LA”, is prominently displayed on the sleeves. This new uniform will also feature the doubling-down script “Los Dodgers” on the back of the sleeve.
