Oakland Chargers Beat Broncos 34-28

The Oakland Chargers dominated the Denver Broncos, but they are now without Lance Alworth and Speedy Duncan. The Chargers had a great night with John Hadl throwing a touchdown to Willie Frazier and Willie Thomas a 11-yarder for an extra-point conversion. The Chargers defense was solid as well, with two interceptions by Babe Parilli (the former Patriots quarterback). Kenny Graham intercepted the second pass 58 yards for a touchdown.

The Chargers’ offense sparked to life after Justin Herbert completed 25-of-38 passes for 222 yards and three touchdowns. Austin Ekeler added 117 rushing yards and a touchdown for the Chargers. The Chargers led 21-0 at halftime. Two of Derek Carr’s TD passes were incomplete late in the game. Despite the disappointing loss the Chargers are now at 10-6 overall.

Despite being down 14 points, the Broncos were unable to score a touchdown in the fourth quarter thanks to the Chargers’ defense. The Raiders only had the ball for two plays during the game. The Chargers made the most out of it. The Chargers forced fumbles on both of the Broncos’ drives. On one play, the Chargers took a 20-14 lead after a sack by the Chargers’ linebacker Woodrow Lowe. The final play of the game saw the Raiders lose 20-14.

After three years, the Chargers make a return to Oakland to open their new stadium, SoFi Stadium. The Chargers will make their first visit to the Bay Area in three years. After that, they will return to San Diego for the second time in two years. During this time, the Raiders and Chargers share a stadium in Carson. If a Raiders owner decides to move to Las Vegas, it could spell doom for the Chargers brand and fan base.

The Chargers have only met the Raiders once in the playoffs. In the 1980 AFC Championship Game, the Chargers were the home team and were the heavy favorite. The Chargers defeated the Houston Oilers and the Cleveland Browns by 10 points. The Raiders were defeated late in the game by the Chargers. These victories make Oakland the top team in the NFL.

The game will air on NFL Network on Thursday, where the Chargers will face the Oakland Raiders. The game will also be televised by CBS, NFL Network and Amazon Prime Video. The Chargers had been scheduled to face the Oakland Athletics in an American League Divisional Series earlier. The game was originally scheduled to air on CBS and NFL Network, but the Raiders and Chargers were moved to a third network.

While the Chargers won the first meeting, the Raiders are the favorites this time around. The Chargers have won seven out of eight games against Raiders in Oakland. Last year, they lost their final two games in Kansas City. The Chargers were happy to be able play in Miami, instead of Kansas City. It will be difficult to beat the Raiders in Oakland this year, but it is an exciting game to watch.
