This creme developer can be used in salons, at home, or on clients as a take-home color. It comes with a pump applicator bottle or a bowl and brush for application. This product is used primarily for high lift blondes and is 1:1 with standard shades. It must be used in combination with Ultra Bond(tm) Cleanse and Condition/Deep Treatment before and after lightening.
