If there’s a new CEO in town, it’s Glenn Hoagland. Raised in a green community in the Hudson Valley, he’s spent the better part of his life stewarding conservation areas. His mother, a dedicated member in her community, was blind at thirteen years old. He was fascinated by Seeing Eye dogs all his life. His mother had the privilege of owning guide dogs.
The Seeing Eye staff and students were on hand for the occasion, and many of them came with their own Seeing-Eye puppy. One photo shows an instructor holding a black Labrador retriever pup, while another shows Carson, a golden retriever puppy. Seeing Eye staff and students were also on hand at various special events hosted by the Seeing Eye Board of Trustees.
