Steven Skikos

Steven Skikos is a partner at Lopez, Hodes, Restaino, Milman, Skikos & Joseph law firm and practices class action and mass tort litigation.

He is one of the founding partners of our firm and has over three decades of experience litigating and trying product liability, employment law and personal injury cases in California coordinated proceeding and federal multidistrict litigations. Additionally, he serves as Court-appointed lead and liaison counsel in these proceedings.

Professional Career

Steven Skikos has been practicing law since 1990. As one of the founding partners of Skikos Crawford Skikos & Joseph LLP, he has tried numerous pharmaceutical cases as a trial counsel. In addition, while clerking at the United States Attorney’s Office he prosecuted criminal cases and tried criminal trials. Since 1996 he has focused his legal expertise exclusively on complex pharmaceutical drug and medical device litigation and court-appointed lead or liaison counsel in over two dozen coordinated proceedings or federal multidistrict litigations in California or federal.

Steven Skikos has been practicing law since 1990. Since then he has handled multiple class action and mass tort cases on behalf of plaintiffs as well as employment law matters while clerking at the United States Attorney’s Office in San Francisco. Steven was court-appointed lead counsel in multiple federal multidistrict litigations and California coordinated litigations; currently practicing at Skikos Crawford Skikos & Joseph law firm serving the surrounding community while focusing on Class Action/Mass Tort: Plaintiff issues as part of this practice area and an active member of both groups as well as being active members of both organizations.
