This Saturday, the first Rural King store in Ohio opens its doors. The former Kmart location was renovated in just a few weeks. The store was originally scheduled to open in Corbin (Kentucky), but it was delayed by four weeks. Today’s soft opening will be followed by the grand opening celebration on September 21. In the meantime, the public can enjoy weekly circulars for deals and discounts.
Rural King offers products for farmers and ranchers including feed and agricultural parts. Additionally, the stores carry workwear, clothing, and housewares, and children’s toys. Many locations have a full-service food court and produce section. Rural King locations can offer more products than any other supermarket. Some locations may specialize in specific products, such as meat, eggs, and produce.
