In conjunction with the Lunar New Year, Nike Basketball will release the Kyrie 7 “Chinese New Year.” This new basketball shoe celebrates togetherness with a pink and black upper, teal branding and laces, as well as a white midsole. It will also have gold accents on the sculpted Swoosh logo at the lateral and on the heel.
The Kyrie 7 “Chinese New Year” will be released in early 2021. The colorway pays homage to the Chinese New Year, and the Chinese knot design on the heel and Swoosh represents good fortune and prosperity. Other features include a metallic gold Swoosh on the tongue and heel, and a red knot design on the heel. The shoe also features an Air Zoom Turbo unit in a Phylon midsole, as well as a rubber outsole that climbs up the forefoot.
