What is a Redbone?

The Merriam-Webster Unabridged English Dictionary gives the definition of redbone. It describes this breed as a “solid dark red coat and the characteristic physical characteristics of speedy, agile coonhounds.” This breed is the most common type of dog in the United States and is considered to be one of the most beautiful specimens on Earth. Redbone is often used in the same way as fox.

A redbone is traditionally a light-skinned, black female with red undertones. However, the term can also refer to a redbone who is mixed race and whose parents are very fair-skinned black. Whether a redbone is light-skinned or dark-skinned is largely irrelevant – the most important aspect is the woman’s beauty. Nevertheless, the redbone body shape is a common compliment among redbone women, namely her curvaceous, long-haired looks.
