Zak Taylor and the Cincinnati Bengals

Zachary William Taylor, an American football coach, is currently the head coach for the Cincinnati Bengals of National Football League. Since 2014, he has been the Bengals’ head coach. Taylor was a player with the team in his hometown of Honolulu, Hawaii. He was a member of the Aloha Youth Baseball club. He has a strong resume and has been a head and assistant coach for Bengals since 2016.

Bengals release Xavier Su’a Filmo

Xavier Su’a-Fileo was released by the Cincinnati Bengals on Monday. The veteran guard had recently been activated from injured reserve after missing the Bengals’ final 15 games of the regular season and the wild-card game. He was already out for 10 games in 2020 due to a knee injury. Though the Bengals have not moved anyone up the depth chart, they did sign defensive tackle Doug Costin to their practice squad. The Bengals have no other plans to move Su’a-Filo to their 53-man roster.

The Bengals were not able to sign Su’a-Filo for a third-round pick in 2018. He had been signed by the team for $10 million in the three previous seasons. Su’a-Filo will likely play a reserve role on the offensive line against the Titans. It’s unclear if he’ll be available for Sunday’s game against the Kansas City Chiefs.

On Tuesday, the Cincinnati Bengals removed Xavier Su’aFileo from their active roster. This was done to make room for Zach Kerr, defensive tackle. Su’a-Filo had been the Bengals’ starting right guard for two weeks this season but was injured in the opener against the Chicago Bears. Despite his injury, he returned to the active roster on Monday.

Carman was a rookie and had mixed results. His grade of 43.7 was not encouraging. Carman was not only an up-and down player but also started only seven games and was rarely in a starting lineup. His grade was just average – he allowed nine sacks and looked down on quarterback Joe Burrow. After all, he was a sixth-round pick.

Xavier Su’afilo was a member of Aloha Youth Baseball.

Former UCLA guard Xavier Su’a-FILO has signed with the Cincinnati Bengals. The three-year deal is worth $10 million. Su’a-Filo, a Hawaiian national, played for Aloha Youth Baseball. He was the right guard for the team and played the first two games. He was injured in his knee against the Chicago Bears and had to miss the majority of the season.

The versatile guard has made a big impact on the Bengals’ offensive line. He has played multiple positions, and is expected to slide behind starters Trent Williams and Billy Price. Despite being drafted in the first round, Xavier Su’a-Filo is valued at $10 million over three years. As a result, he may get a few snaps early in the season.

Su’a-Filo was a student at UCLA and worked as a missionary in the Florida panhandle. During his time away from football, he visited the Denver Broncos during the pre-draft process. He also participated in workouts with the St. Louis Rams and Carolina Panthers as well as the Atlanta Falcons. Su’a-Filo is a great quarterback and has made it into the NFL.

He was also a part the UCLA football team. During his college career, he was the first true freshman to start on the offensive line. He made 13 starts at left tackle. He did not kick, but played some other positions during the preseason. He ended up starting at right guard in the sixth game against the Indianapolis Colts. Although he has been an integral part the Texans’ offensive lines, he is unlikely that he will start against Kansas City.

Xavier Su’a-Filo expected to sign with Bills

According to reports, the Bills are expected to sign Xavier Su’a-FILO, the top defensive lineman in the 2014 NFL Draft. He was a former UCLA star who played in 31 games. His high draft stock could make him a great fit for a position like guard. He was a first-round pick in 2014, and has since moved from left tackle to guard. He is 6’4″ with 33-3/8-inch arms.

According to sources, the Bills are looking for a right guard. The Cowboys released Sua-Filo in the offseason and he was expected sign with the Bills. The seven-year veteran is a strong candidate for Opening Day. He is a 6-4, 310-pound force with size and power.

Although Su’a-Filo began the year as the Bengals’ starting guard, he spent most of the season on injured reserve. Su’a-Filo will likely fall behind Trent Williams and Billy Price, both healthy first-rounders. His contract is for three years and $10million. The Bills’ offensive line is going to need someone to guard the tight end position, and this is the perfect time for Su’a-Filo to get a chance to start.

After being released by the Tennessee Titans, Orchard signed with the Bills on a one-year deal. The former Ute teammate, Star Lotulelei, is expected to join Orchard at Buffalo. Star Lotulelei played five seasons in the NFL with the Carolina Panthers. The two played together on the Utah football team in 2011.

Xavier Su’a-Filo

The Bengals will have Zak Taylor, an offensive lineman, available for Sunday in addition to Xavier Su’aFileo who is healthy. The Bengals have been without guard Larry Ogunjobi since Oct. 9 but are expected to activate him on Dec. 29. Su’a-Filo was the right guard for the Bengals’ initial two games.

The Bengals are off Monday and Tuesday. Tuesday and Wednesday will be extended practices. Thursday morning will be a brief workout. They play in Nashville on Friday. Defensive tackle Larry Ogunjobi (right ankle) and guard Xavier Su’afilo (right foot), have been injured by the Bengals. Also, DT Mike Daniels injured his groin early in the game.

Xavier Su’aFILO, a former Texan is currently day-to-day due to a leg injury. Taylor also believes Jackson Carman, the second-round rookie, is ready to play. He was the 46th overall draft pick for the Bengals in 2017. Zak Taylor may have to start a second round rookie if Xavier Su’afilo is out.

On the flip side, the Bengals’ o-line has had its moments. While Ogunjobi and Su’a-Filo both started the season with healthy feet, they ended it with hamstring and foot injuries. S/KR Brandon Wilson and LB Jordan Evans were also injured. LB Akeem Davies-Gaither’s injury status has not been updated yet and it’s not clear if he will be back this year.
