The IT Help Desk at CSUF is your first point of contact for all computing issues. The IT Help Desk is open seven days a week from 8:00 a.m. until 5 p.m. and is available to assist students and faculty with any technology issues. They are also located in the Academic Technology Center, PLS-237, where they can answer your questions and help you set up campus-issued devices. They also have a Classroom Technology demo room that simulates technology in general-use classrooms.
Students, staff, faculty, and staff can sign up to receive email and text alerts from IT Helpdes for information about equipment and system outages. These notifications are sent via the campus Portal which you can access under Campus Portal Setting. Select Campus Alerts and Notifications from this section. Enter your mobile number and choose the items that you would like to receive notifications. IT also posts information on the IT Homepage as well as on social media.
