Insomnia Cookies Opens New Brunswick Location

Insomnia Cookies, an ice cream bakery known for its late-night hours, is opening a new location in New Brunswick. The company has over 100 locations across the country. It is targeting late-night customers with its midnight deliveries. The new store will be on Easton Avenue in downtown New Brunswick. It will also deliver to Rutgers University’s College Avenue campus.

The New Brunswick location offers ice cream in pint sizes year-round and has special flavors that are available during the summer months. Insomnia also offers homemade Ice Cream Sandwiches The Monster-wich is a classic cookie sandwich mated with two scoops of ice cream and two toppings of your choice.

Founded by Seth Berkowitz in 2003, Insomnia Cookies has locations all over the country. Its headquarters are in New York City, USA. Seth Berkowitz, the owner of the company, started the business while studying in college. Seth Berkowitz, the founder, was inspired by his late-night sweet tooth to bake cookies in his dorm and deliver them to friends and classmates.
