IUP IT Help Ticket

IUP’s IT Services are responsible for maintaining and supporting a variety of campus services. Project Directory Service, for example, provides disk space for individual courses. All IUP staff can create a personal website. Files can be uploaded to the H: drive located in the wwwiup directory. The university’s network management team is responsible for the operation and planning. For more information, contact ihelp.

Each set of exams a faculty member drops during the semester is assigned an iHelp ticket. This is used for exam tracking. Exam scores are saved in a folder named “Exam results” on the Dispatch Share. This folder is a subfolder to the Username folder. It contains subfolders for each term that was processed. Faculty members can also choose one or more reports to print for students.
