Dave Shull has been named CEO of Poly, a global communications company known for creating captivating video and audio experiences. His appointment took effect on September 8th.
Mr Shull succeeds Robert Hagerty, who has served as interim Chief Executive Officer since February 2020. Mr Hagerty will remain Chairman of the Board and resume his membership on both Nominating & Governance and Strategy committees.
