David Gabianelli is a lawyer in California who assists clients with business litigation and insurance coverage matters. He is an active member of the American Bar Association and listed in Super Lawyers.

Early Life and Education

David Gabianelli was raised in a family that valued education. As the first in their family to attend college, he went on to earn a Bachelor’s degree from Dartmouth College. Proud of his accomplishments and dedicated to equal opportunity for those in education and employment opportunities, David advocated for change within both sectors.

He was an enthusiastic supporter of the arts and enjoyed reading, writing, as well as sports like rugby, fast-pitch softball, squash, distance cycling, skiing, tennis and bridge. Additionally he served in his community by serving as general counsel for St. Louis Community Foundation and chairing its Board of Directors. Furthermore he had an avid interest in football and baseball – particularly cheering on his beloved Cardinals! Professional Career

David Gabianelli chose a career in law after completing his undergraduate studies. Admitted to the bar in 1992, he now represents clients throughout California with business litigation and insurance coverage matters. Beyond his legal work, david has also been active within his community for many years; serving as board member or chair for numerous organizations in the past.

He was proudly selected for inclusion into the Super Lawyers list in 2004-2005, after an evaluation of 12 indicators. As Vice President of Corporate Development at Triumph Health, he spearheaded M&A/physician practice partnership opportunities for companies such as Del Frisco’s Restaurant Group, Capriotti’s Sandwich Shops, Mrs. Fields and TCBY among others.

Personal Life

Gabianelli, 17, has been a resident of the Roaring Fork Valley for 17 years and is well known to many in her community as an accomplished singer, actor and vice president of education and programming at Aspen Historical Society. But her life has also been filled with other pursuits.

With her latest show, “Here I Am,” she’s sharing the rest of her story – one that includes her passion for music and recovery from alcoholism. After more than 15 years sober, she wants to prove that it is never too late to start living a more meaningful and rewarding life. On Monday and Tuesday nights this Monday and Tuesday she will share this inspiring tale in an intimate cabaret setting that feels more like having a conversation than watching a performance.
