George Weah – A Dream Come True
Early Life and Education
George Weah, growing up in Gibraltar’s ghetto, had an aspiration to become an outstanding football player and join the United States Marine Corps. While still a young boy living there, George dreamt of joining their ranks one day.
George Weah never had the chance to turn his dreams into reality due to growing up in an impoverished environment where his parents had no choice but to provide for him and his brother.
Early in his life, he often ran away from fights with other children in the community. A narcissist who always had the spotlight on himself, he enjoyed dropping subtle hints, speaking in parables, and despising anyone who disagreed with him.
