The most advanced smartphone of the line – Honor Magic3 Pro + received a camera with four modules:
1) 64MP monochrome camera (with F / 1.8 lens)
2) 50MP wide-angle camera (23mm F / 1.9 with optical stabilization) – Sony IMX 700 sensor
3) 64MP ultra-wide-angle camera with a viewing angle of 126 ° (11mm F / 2.4 lens)
4) 64MP with a telephoto lens. (90mm f / 3.5 with OIS).
5) Additional module ToF (8×8)
This smartphone is considered the most premium in the new line. The company calls the camera of this device Super Quad Camera. It looks like this:
“A large 1 / 1.28-inch sensor and Full Pixel Octa Phase Detection (PD) eight-phase focusing autofocusing with Full Pixel Octa Phase Detection (PD) helps the 50MP wide-angle camera achieve vivid colors and lifelike images, which captures moving objects with exceptional detail,” said the manufacturer during the announcement of a new smartphone.

At the same time, from the new Honor line – the Magic3 Pro + smartphone received the largest matrix in terms of size (see slide below).
The Honor Magic3, according to the manufacturer, is the first line of smartphones to receive the IMAX Enhanced certification. They also received support for AI film effects, which allows you to get high-quality video and sound.
It is also reported that Honor Magic3 smartphones were able to shoot in the Magic Log logarithmic profile. This will allow for deeper color grading as well as embedding Lut.
There are two variants of the Honor Magic3 Pro + smartphone available: black and white. The magic3 price of a version with 12 GB of RAM and 512 GB of internal flash memory will cost 1,499 euros.
All smartphones of the Honor Magic3 line received a 4600 mAh battery. At the same time, support for fast charging technology (Honor SuperCharge) is implemented – at 66 W and wireless charging SuperCharge Wireless with a power of 50 W.
Honor Magic3 Pro and Magic3 Pro + also support Wireless Reverse Charge.
The smartphone received an OLED screen with a diagonal of 6.7 inches with a resolution of 2272 × 1344 pixels with an image refresh rate of 120 Hz, Qualcomm Snapdragon 888+ SoC, Magic UI 5 proprietary shell based on the Android 11 operating system.
Smartphones were also presented: Honor Magic3 and Honor Magic3 Pro. Below we will take a closer look at these two versions of the new smartphones.
Honor Magic3 Pro
The smartphone received curved OLED panels with a diagonal of 6.67 inches with a frame rate of 120 Hz (both models – Honor Magic3 Pro and Honor Magic3).
The Honor Magic3 Pro camera has four modules. Main – Sony IMX766 optical format 1 / 1.56 inches and a resolution of 50 megapixels.
The second sensor is a monochrome 64-megapixel sensor, the third is a 13-megapixel one with an ultra-wide-angle module.
The fourth module is a 64-megapixel telephoto lens with 3x optical zoom.
The front camera uses a 13-megapixel matrix, complemented by a 3D ToF camera.
Both smartphones (basic and Pro versions) received 4600 mAh batteries. Magic3 Pro also supports 50W wireless charging. The Honor Magic3 Pro is IP68 protected.
The Honor Magic3 Pro smartphone will retail for € 1,100 (with 8GB of RAM and 256GB of flash).
It is reported that the Honor Magic3 smartphones became the world’s first smartphones with superconducting hexagonal graphene (in the cooling system). Its thermal conductivity is 50% higher than that of ordinary graphene.
The Honor Magic3 camera is represented by three high-performance modules. Main – Sony IMX766 optical format 1 / 1.56 inches and a resolution of 50 megapixels. The second sensor is monochrome with a resolution of 64 megapixels, the third is 13 megapixels, connected to an ultra-wide-angle camera.
The difference from the Pro model is in the absence of a telemodule. At the same time, at the presentation of new devices, the advantages of shooting in Magic Log were shown.
